Objective of job
1. Execute the MFA /SUV/MRA products homologation MEP emission disclosure and BEPA catalogue;
2. Clarify the China emission homologation requirement;
3. Clarify the CBU homologation emission data requirements in China
4. Establish respective working counterparts in various government authorities related with homologation topic;
5. Budget planning and contract execution for emission team
6. IT system establishment and maitainence for emission team
Task description
1. Homologation MEE/BEPA operation
- Clarify the China homologation emissison requirements
- Set up Emission homologation plan based on model program
- Collect and clarify emission related data requirments
- Make MEE/BEPA application
- Emission tests support
- Complete each project with required tools: homologation master plan, project plan, check list;
- Monitor the homologation status to ensure the MI in time;
- Communicate with authority regularly for homologation programs;
- Generate VEDL based on TD provided by QM/RZ and make sure the accuracy.
2. Pretest Support
- Prepare parts check list
- Key emission parts data check
- Coast down value & SW follow up with HQ
- E-mission pretest status follow up
- A-ZST maintenance
3. Registration Support
- Deal with the VEDL –VIN reporting issue
- Deal with urgent car registeration barrier cases
- Clarify the car status for individual customer to authorities if required.
4. Others
- Training flesh colleague for homologation skill quality.
- Budget planning control of certification team
- Certification related contract management Budget planning and contract management
- IT system establishment and maitainence
- Follow up emission regulation and policys.
