K12 School PYP/MYP Homeroom/English teachers Needed in Feb 2027 in Pudong, Shanghai

**Position Title:**
1. Primary School PYP homeroom position;
2. Middle School MYP English Teacher;

**Location:** Pudong, Shanghai;
**Start Date:** Feb 2027

1. **Teaching**
- Deliver high‑quality primary/middle School courses to students in Grades 1-9.
- Design inquiry‑based, concept‑driven units that align with IB philosophy and PYP/MYP subject guides.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and promote academic excellence.

2. **Curriculum & Assessment**
- Collaborate with the PYP/MYP team to develop and refine the curriculum.
- Use a range of formative and summative assessment tools, including criterion‑related rubrics.
- Prepare students for internal and external moderation.

3. **Student Support**
- Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and support individual learning goals.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages risk‑taking and critical thinking.

4. **Collaboration & Professional Development**
- Participate actively in weekly collaborative planning meetings.
- Engage in school‑wide professional development, including IB training workshops.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities (e.g., literary clubs, debate).

5. **Parent Communication**
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and well‑being.

### Qualifications & Requirements
#### Essential
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, state teaching license is preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of PYP/MYP teaching experience.
- Ability to obtain a clean criminal background check and health certificate for visa purposes.
- Good at Baseball, flag football, soccer, basketball or cricket

#### Preferred
- Experience with IB PYP/MYP.
- Experience in managing school team;
