Qualifications
Educational requirements:
BSEE or MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in design tool experience such as Siemens Mentor Xpedition, Xpedition Substrate Integrator, Calibre, HyperLynx, and Cadence APD.
BS +6 years, MS +4 years of design experience in SOC, Flip-Chip package design/PCB design.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in defining package solution would be an added advantage.
Experience with signal integrity and power integrity basics.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$113,210.00-$187,350.00

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
