- Set up worldwide standard related to packaging containers, e.g. specification document, operational manual, SOP, COA and inspection sheets for Corning business

- Identify, justify and implement cost reduction, capacity enhancement, capital equipment and other improvement initiatives

- Set up benchmarking, alignment, migration and standardization system around Corning business plants. • Provide solutions and recommendations with technical support.
