Key Responsibilities:
Make packaging design for company products Box concept, product display solution, pouch design, graphic solution etc.
Lead the communication with stakeholder to push for packaging design lock
Lead designer team to work out packaging solution to catch project schedule and cost target
Cooperate with relevant discipline to execute packaging design in project phase
Provide process improvement.
Provide tool improvement for improving efficiency.

Criteria of success
Understand of SINOWELL design strategy
Understand Packaging design with branding
Ability to create packaging design to fit branding, and product proposition
Ability to cooperate with graphic designers, packaging project managers, product managers, packaging engineers, mech. Engineers, MKT, and design agency (external)
Ability to develop graphic designers and packaging engineer to deliver packaging solution which meet requirement from stakeholders
Ability to cooperate with external agencies/designers
Proactive idea sharing with colleagues and internal customers
