Responsibilities:

• Work under Art Director and alongside a full creative team to develop and execute all new product launches and core assets

• Collaborate with marketing, sourcing and production departments to ensure successful conceptualization, development and execution of each project

• Ability to evaluate production samples for aesthetic

• Understand, articulate & apply relevant beauty, fashion and design trends to all new projects

• Develop a deep understanding of the brand and offer impactful solutions throughout the creative process

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years graphic design experience either in-house or design/advertising agency; product development experience is a plus

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design is required

• Excellent English, both oral and written

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

• Photography experience, shooting & retouching is a plus

• Ability to anticipate and solve problems under pressure

• Good knowledge of print production

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Working knowledge of cosmetics or beauty industry

• A good team player that's able to complete assignments with tight deadlines
