Your team:
? Packaging community in Decathlon, nearly 100 members worldwide, is one vital family with diverse responsibilities to provide packaging solution from A to Z (design to deliver), to sell/transport/secure/stock our sports products.
? China packaging team has 6 members in total, locates in Shanghai and Shenzhen. We are sports lover, and we have full autonomy on our perimeter to lead project, solve problems, and take decision.
? It's the first time we try to assign this responsibility in local country, to serve China sports team with higher reactivity and deeper cooperation.

Your Job responsibility:
? You are in full charge of one Sports Brand packaging design (badminton), and also responsible for other Sports Brands packaging design based on their local needs.
? You invent, draw and design the artwork, following the decathlon chart.
? You extract the legal information from decathlon system and place them in proper area.
? You identify the errors happened when you use the automation extraction tools available, and continuously improve the tools.
? You ensure the quality of the deliverable by checking your packaging design and detect anomaly
? You work in team with packaging Engineer and Sports Brands to build the design strategy for new packaging development

? Fluent in MANDARIN and ENGLISH, FRENCH is a plus. You are expected to keep close cooperation with French designer team
