SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive proactively packaging related activities for Channel Development business by preparing, proposing and managing packaging projects in line with consumer needs and the business strategy
• Lead packaging development projects, effectively delivery of the packaging development accomplishment via working collaboratively with the cross-functional team
• Troubleshoot new and existing packaging problems involving designs, materials and processes and provide creative, timely, and cost-effective solutions
• Identify and develop innovative packaging technologies and designs, which will improve the consumer experience, and sustainability of company brands for driving the business growth.
• Lead trial run and validation with plant partners, develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure that packaging designs are optimized for manufacturability
• Shall have capability to be familiar with test method, run testing, analyzing, identifying and doing function evaluation on packaging material
• Be responsible to establish packaging specification
• Drive packaging material reduction and solutions with lower environmental impact
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree or above in Package, Polymer Engineering and Mechanics Engineering
• 8 Years + BS/MS experience in packaging development, with commercialization experience
• Have excellent communication skill both in Chinese and English
• Good Team player and foster collaboration among the team members and cross functional teams
