Work withPackaging Planning and Economics team within BMW. Support of BMW packagingplanners with daily activities for existing products in existing productionareas, as well as assistance with analysis of packaging concepts/options forfuture models. Support of 3D-Print Lab / Additive Manufacturing in creation andprocessing of models. Additional responsibilities include:
- Support in analysis of existing packaging (steel and non-steel) for optimizations to reduceenvironmental impact, logistics costs, or for communizing across multipleproduct lines
- General support for packaging planners on modifications,identification projects and modification of existing packaging
- Moderation ofpackaging planning meetings, including team meetings and packaging reviews fornew/modified containers
- Successfully completed an internship/working student assignment within the BMW group (3 month period minimum)
- Be currently enrolled in a University study program outside of the US
- Completed intermediate diploma/pre-degree
