Missions :

• Help Customer team into the design phase to provide a Packaging Product Development Request describing the functional and aesthetic needs with technical details, process (coating, silkscreeing, electroplating, hotstamping, etc...), etc...
• Collaborate with suppliers to determine feasibility
• Provide functional options to customer with technical analysis
• Review drawing to meet customer functional needs
• Update the project document database accordingly following the project status (document issue for approval, approvals, etc...)
• Manage sample requests and time control
• Track the packaging development project by updating the system, until the first production batch
• Provide day to day report to the management team and customer
• Provide preliminary timing for tooling (plastic, metal, glass, etc...), and check production capacity for leadtime (cavity, workforce for assembling,...)
• Provide a complete Packaging specifications to QC team to guarantee quality level required
• Define Bill of Material for production or assembling line.

Educational Requirements:

• Engineering Degree
• 5 years minimum in Product Development and Quality Control, experience in cosmetics packaging is perferred.
• Working knowledge of CAD software like AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS or PRO-E
• Power Point and Excel are mandatory;
• Fluent in English is MANDATORY

Experience Requirements : Knowledge in Engineering/Packaging Development, Manufacturing /QC Management
