Eaton’s Bussmann Division is currently seeking a Packer-2nd Shift ( 2:00PM-10:30PM) to join our team. The starting pay is $15.84/hour and after 6 months of employment will get bumped to $18.90/hour. $500.00 SIGN ON BONUS to be paid after 90 days of employment. This position is based at our Ellisville, MO facility. Position Overview: This position consists of 8 hour shifts with occasional overtime eligibility. This is a clean facility with temp-moderate work environment. Eaton offers comprehensive benefits that start on day 1 of employment. Additionally, this site offers earned vacation time after 6 months of employment. The Packer will support Distribution by ensuring quality items are shipped to the customer in a timely manner. Must work closely with other team members and Supervisor to maintain work collaboration and efficiency. Must be flexible in the performing various job functions. In this function you will: You will locate and select finished goods to process customer orders You will operate warehouse picking equipment, lift up to 50lbs. and climb ladders You will use RF scanners and computers to complete inventory transactions You will receive and put away product You will perform waste and material management activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements You will ensure quality work You will keep your work area clean and orderly You will follow all safety rules and practices When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. #IND123 Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED required from an accredited institution Must be legally authorized to work in the US on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Ellisville, MO will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Position Criteria: Ability to stand, sit and/or walk on a hard surface as well as safely bend, stoop, and reach Ability to sustain repetitive motions and lift up to 50lbs.
