Responsibilities： - Participating in New product packing developing and current product packing improving - Coordination and Netmeeting with PI HQ Packing Experts - Issue technical packing related instruction and operating manual - Feasibility Study of Packing process, packing machine and capacity - Continuous packing Improvement of Materials and Semi-/Finished Goods related in order to satisfy customer's demand, reduce logistic cost and packing efficiency - Handle packing related complain and packing related cost analysis for improvement - Drive improvement of Warehouse related 5S and EHS; - Always fully ultilize the Siemens Resouce to optimize process by referring to both SPS excellence @Siemens and best practices of other Ocs. - Good collaboration with other internal and external functions - Department EHS coordinator - Projects department coordinator as assigned - Transportation damage claiming, make damage record and provide timely and reliable report to management to make right decisions - Finish tasks assigned by superior Requirement： - Minimum 3 years packing related working experience - Have structure design working experience. Skillful in using AutoCAD, NX or Pro/E - Familiar with Process Instrument manufacturing technology, production process, packing process and packing technical requirements - Manufacture filed working experience is preferred. - Project management - Lean concept, 5S and ISO knowledge - Good team work and have communication skills. - Good in speaking and written English.
