Purpose：

To assist QC Lab Manager to

Develop and implement packaging materials incoming quality assurance procedures and work instructions to ensure incoming packaging material meet with contracted quality standard.

Develop and implement filling process quality control procedures and work instructions to ensure finished product meet with BP internal quality standards and China packaged product legal requirements.

Job accountabilities:

？ Establish, implement and improve QC procedures

？ Establish, implement and improve QC Test Work Instructions

？ Establish, implement and improve QC test items, specifications and records

？ Supervise and drive QC inspector to use the approved QC test record form

？ Coordinate & implement new packaging material development at plant level

？ Manage QC inspector team competency and delivery performance

？ External engagement

Key challenges faced on the role:

Sound knowledge with wide packaging material field such as plastic bottle, drum, carton, label, cap etc.

Good communication with internal and external stakeholders, effectively manage stakeholder’s expectation

No compromise to safety and quality under any situation

Experiences:

？ Mandatory

？ Minimum 3 years of working experience in the realm of packaging material quality control, be familiar with at least one of packaging materials: plastic bottles, caps, drums, cartons or labels

？ College or above in packaging engineering, Chemical or related field

？ Be familiar with ISO9001, IATF 16949 and QC tools

？ Desired

？ Good planning and organizing, problem solving and communication skills.

？ Good learning ability of new technical or knowledge.

HSE Accountabilities:

？ Comply with BP HSSE policies and procedures and timely report any incident

？ Participate HSSE training, discussions and assist in the resolution of health and safety issues as required

？ Contribute to successful implementation of HSSE programs and initiatives

？ Act as BP contract accountable manager to ensure safe execution of the contracted work while applying the work with contractor process
