包装主管工作职责：
1、 负责现场工作安排、管理。
2、领导部门员工积极创新，提高产能并控制成本；
3、维护合作供应商；
4、制定部门培训计划；
5、制定部门KPI，并根据指标寻求方案；

• 大专以上学历，3年以上仓库现场管理经验；
•  具有较强的沟通协调能力，抗压能力强；
•  熟悉增值服务现场管理(VAS service) 
•  Excel（透视表、vlookup,基本函数等）办公软件操作熟练。
