Directly manages the Paediatric Portfolio. Developing strategy and marketing material. Supervising group of Specialty Care sales representatives. Has responsibility to deliver sales results for the entire geography. Seasoned leader, expected to share best practices and influence peers nationally.

• Designs, implements and evaluates marketing activities of assigned brand, which may include distribution channel solutions.
• Reviews marketing programs and implements program changes.
• Works with analysts to analyze market data and identify key segment drivers, growth opportunities and business threats.
• Liaises with internal departments and external agencies to ensure full communication and success of marketing plans
• Contributes to creativity of product packaging, presentation and promotional activities
• Lead Paediatric Sales Team to meet or exceed established sales forecasts and call execution goals. 
• Work with individual sales reps to establish appropriate and challenging goals for each territory. 
• Proactively anticipate and addresses obstacles that may impede results.
• Assess individual and team progress toward goals, and coach to improve.
• Develop sales reps to enhance skills and advance to higher career level
• Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and adhere to the SA marketing code

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Marketing experience
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, written and oral communication skills.
• Experience managing complex projects

Desirable:

• Previous exposure and/or experience in other functional areas of the business such as Sales Management, Paediatrics, Brand Team and financial forecasting
