Eaton is seeking a Paid Media Manager to join our team. This position can be based in Cleveland, OH. Pittsburg PA, Raleigh, NC or Detroit, MI
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Manager, Social Media Operations, the Paid Media Manager is responsible for the implementation and execution of digital paid media campaigns, with an emphasis on social media planning and execution. This includes working with Eaton's business units and functions on strategic recommendations, executing and placing social media ads and reporting results with actionable insights. The paid media manager will work closely with the enterprise media agency to support integrated paid campaigns that leverage social media, as well as provide insight and feedback based on the company's strategic approach to paid social.

In this function you will:
- Lead social paid media campaigns from concept to execution and implementation.
- Provide strategic campaign recommendations based on business objective, inclusive of social media platform, ad format, target audience and forecast results
- Manage and execute campaign structure, ad placements, bidding and budgeting across social media channels (directly buy, boost and optimize ads)
- Work with agency partner to execute social placements as part of larger integrated media buys
- Develop and recommend optimizations and/or testing plans
- Report and develop strategic quantitative results with actionable insights
- Surface new opportunities and educate businesses on digital/social paid media capabilities

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years placing social media ad buys.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing paid advertising budgets.
- No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within (50 miles) of Cleveland, OH. Pittsburg PA, Raleigh, NC or Detroit, MI
- will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
- Must be authorized to work in United State without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred qualifications:
- Marketing, communications, social media or data analytics experience, with proven experience directly executing and placing social media ad buys.
- 3 years of experience managing paid advertising budgets.
- In-depth knowledge of paid marketing channels and technologies, including display, retargeting and social advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
- Hands-on experience placing social media ads, managing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
- Understand campaign KPIs and how to maximize results and achieve success through tactical executions
- A proven track record of successful paid media campaigns (concept through execution)
- Expert Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager and Google Analytics knowledge
- Understanding of CPC, CPM, remarketing/retargeting, audiences, pixel management and UTM management

- Strong analytical capability to provide quantitative results and qualitative insights
- Superior communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Must be a self-starter with energy and enthusiasm towards multitasking, dealing with ambiguity and working in a matrixed environment
- Able to meet deadlines and establish clear priorities quickly – works effectively with tight deadlines and able to handle a heavy workload and organize and handle a multitude of different tasks in parallel
- A service mentality, reflected in the interaction this role plays in working with business and functional teams as “internal clients”
- Strong interpersonal skills; professional maturity to listen, learn, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and to build coalitions and consensus corresponding to the vision and branding goals of the organization.
- Experience in B2B marketing communications preferred, but not required
