Eaton’s Corporate Sector is currently seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our team. This position can be based at any of the following locations; Beachwood OH, Moon Twp PA, Raleigh NC, South Milwaukee WI or Southfield MI. Flexible, hybrid work schedule is available. Position Overview: The Paid Media Specialist will support the in-house paid media team as a cross-channel digital media buyer, executing campaigns across programmatic and trade publication media buys. This role will support Eaton’s marketers with media buying services and be directly responsible for the execution and optimization of ad units working within a DSP. The Paid Media Specialist will also work closely with the Paid Media Manager to support strategy and planning and collaborate with a data analyst to track performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights and recommendations to achieve campaign goals. In this function you will: Assist Paid Media Manager with cross-channel media plans and strategy based on campaign briefs. Activate campaigns across programmatic (display and video) and trade publication media buys within a DSP. Work with the data analyst to understand the overall performance of each placement using an automated reporting dashboard (PowerBI). Provide proactive recommendations to marketing managers on how to optimize the campaign to meet campaign goals. Recommend and execute A/B testing aligned with campaign goals. Effectively manage media spend with accurate planning, forecasting and reporting. Collaborate internally with the in-house paid team, marketing partners (internal ""clients"") and corporate functional teams. Collaborate externally with DSP vendor and trade publications, as needed. Manage RFPs, vendor negotiations and signed agreements for trade publication media buys. Compile creative specifications for each media placement and provide recommendations on creative best practices (length of text, imagery, CTA). Participate in cross-functional team decisions and projects to improve overarching process, workflow, and success of the in-house media buying function. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications from accredited institution. 3 years of experience as a Programmatic media buyer at an agency or brand. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood OH, Milwaukie WI, Southfield MI, Raleigh NC or Moon Township PA will be considered.
