• The Boeing Zhoushan Completion Center is a collaboration between The Boeing Company and Commercial Aviation Corporation of China (COMAC). In this new business entity, we will complete the highest quality 737s for China and craft the best customer delivery experience available anywhere. Job duties/responsibilities

• Develop sequence, plan and implement all elements necessary to insure quality processes for repair of composite panels and various seal applications
• Maintain inventory and equipment to ensure quality of composite repair and seal
• Coordinate information with Engineering, Quality Control and other organizations concerned for incorporation of changes, appropriate materials, tools and equipment.
• Work from engineering drawings, documents
• Requires minimal supervision.
• Experience interacting with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations and companies.

Qualifications

• Required

• Must have the right to work in China; does not require sponsorship for employment visa currently and in the future
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prefer a minimum of 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum English proficiency of ICAO Level 4 (writing, speaking, and reading) required.
• This position requires the use of respiratory protection as well as other PPE requirements. Applicant must be able to receive the necessary certifications for each PPE requirement
• Extensive understanding of specialized aspects of the job to include surface preparation, masking, repair processes, application and curing processes.
• Should be familiar with various products and processes including storage and inventory control for both Composite Repair and seal application
• Experience developing solutions to a variety of complex problems; uses resourcefulness to create appropriate solutions using established organization policies, practices, and procedures as guidelines.
• Exercises latitude in determining strategies and approaches to assignments based on procedures, goals, and objectives while following all specifications, engineering and requirements.
• Requires minimal supervision.
• Experience interacting with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations and companies.
• Experience with customer support (working with airline customers) preferred.
• Experience leading others.
