Eaton’s Hydraulic’s sector is currently seeking a Paint Line Operator on 2nd shift to join our team. This position is based at our Searcy, AR. Position Overview: This position is responsible for working on a team of 2-3 employees to run the paintline for all painted products in the plant. You will follow job card and other work instructions in order to paint finished product in preparation for shipment to the end-customer. In this function you will: Check pH balance and levels of chemicals, adjust as necessary Clean excel paint from pain booth daily Check part number of valve and hang on paint line Pack valves according to valve requirements and select box to use Check color with card and quantity needed Select correct size of paint daubers for valves prior to painting-remove when painting completed Record sale # on exterior of packing box and record quantity in box on exterior When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Hydraulics Business when the transaction closes, Danfoss A/S will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time. *MSJA #LI-ED2 Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
