Your Tasks

1.  Implementation of the ZF production roadmap projects for damper assembly process development and improvements in cost - effectiveness
2.  Standardizing programming module of damper production equipment worldwide in BU – CTT together with partly ZF OPM and local machine supplier. Here responsible for the region Asia Pacific with the plants in Shanghai, Shenyang and Changwon in Korea
3. Optimize production processes of damper assembly regarding productivity, OEE increase, cycle time, work safety, etc.
4. Setup and implement standard connection towards Industrial 4.0 Strategy in long terms of corporation with MES and short terms with Automation Plus
5. Support SHN S5 upgrade project

Your Profile

1. Min. 5 years of professional experience in programming and software solutions at the production side
2. Bachelor or above
3. Worldwide communication and documentation has to be done in English.
4. MS Office, PLC Siemens/Mitsubishi/Omron, MES
5. Software Engineer, Robotic Appliance
