岗位职责 Job Responsibility

1. 领导喷漆团队达成公司的各项运营指标； Lead the painting team support to achieve company operation targets;

2. 整个喷漆生产日常作业运营操作管理，管理人、机、料、法、环； Organize and manage the whole painting team’s daily activities;

3. 保证喷漆开发和生产的精准性，即与公司及客户要求一致； Ensure the painting development and production accuracy & data consistency between physical requirements from customer and internal company.

4. 和客户建立良好的关系，作为公司在客户端外观问题的窗口，持续提升客户满意度 Maintain a good rapport with customer, represent as the painting window and continuous enhance customer satisfaction

5. 不断提升喷漆的一次合格率，持续降低运营成本 Maintain a good shop floor, and continuous improving painting FTQ and reduce cost

6. 建立和维护一个良好的团队环境，并激励团队，发展团队成员； Establish and maintain a good teamwork environment & motivate the team member and set up personal development schedule;

7. 拥有良好的喷漆技能，知识和态度去有效地贡献生产和利益的最大化； Have the relevant painting skills, knowledge and attitude to contribute effectively to maximize productivity and profit;

8. 精益生产的实施。 Lean manufacturing implementation.

9. 保证所有部门内相关活动符合公司政策，流程和安全及环保要求； Ensure the capacity, quality, safety and environment of painting shop meet company’s target.

10. 服从上级安排，完成上级交办的共它工作； Complete other assignments given by supervisors.

岗位要求Job Requirements ：

1. 熟悉MS Office软件和汽车部件喷漆工艺流程； Good knowledge of MS office and automotive parts painting process;

2. 良好的英语听说读写； Good command Both Oral and written English skill;

3. 熟悉TS16949及ISO18000体系； Familiar with TS16949 and ISO18000 System;

4. 良好的解决问题、人际交往及领导能力。 Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.

5. 具备机械制造及其自动化/化学工艺工程/表面处理/机电工程相关专业或其他工程背景的本科及以上学历，塑料外观件喷漆经验资深的可以适当放宽到专科学历 Bachelor degree or above in mechanical manufacture and automation/Chemical engineering and technology/surface treatment or related engineering education engineering background, some experienced person who are in exterior parts painting industry, college degree is acceptable.
