工作要求Job Requirements
1. 熟悉MS Office软件和喷涂制程改善能力；
Good knowledge of MS office and painting process improvement capability;
2. 熟悉汽车配件喷涂线的工艺流程及汽车业外观件的标准和功能要求；
Familiar with painting line process of vehicle components and know the standard of appearance and function ;
3. 良好的解决问题、人际交往及领导能力。
Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
4. 具有中专及高职高及以上学历教育背景
Professional high school or above education background

工作职责及内容 Responsibilities
1. 协助工艺工程师对新项目的颜色开发及认可；
Support painting process engineer to finish new project color samples preparation and get approval from customer;
2. 协助工艺工程师对新项目的喷漆工艺开发，包含机器人喷漆程序，颜色的调整，油漆配方的制定；
Support painting process engineer to develop new project painting process, include robot program/color adjustment/paint recipe and etc.
3. 负责项目量厂后喷漆工艺的执行和应用；
Be responsible for painting process into place after SOP
4. 负责对日常生产工艺的点检和确认；
Be responsible for daily production parameter check and record;
5. 负责定期参加客户端的颜色评审；
Involve in color harmony/ audit in customer side
6. 负责后期量产过程中颜色偏差的调整
Be responsible for color correction during SOP
7. 服从上级安排，完成上级交办的共它工作；
Complete other assignments given by supervisors.
