Job Description

We are now seeking an Amah to join our Office Administration department for back-office support.

Responsibilities

- Provide beverage service for visitors and senior staff
- 為訪客和員工提供茶水服務
- Assist with keeping the office areas clean
- 清潔辦公室及茶水間
- Ensure pantry and internal meeting areas are clean and tidy
- 保持茶水間及會議室整潔
- Ensure pantries are well-stocked
- 確保茶水間補給品充足
- Assist with meetings and events
- 為會議及活動提供後勤支援
- Report to building services any matters requiring repairs and/or maintenance.
- 聯絡及報告維修事宜

Requirements

- Basic spoken English and fluent Cantonese
- 基本英語會話和流利粵語
- Pleasant, good team-player and hardworking
- 性格良好、擁有團隊精神和工作勤奮
