Job Descriptions

1.Implement the kindergarten’s daily schedule and the position’s detailed rules and regulations;
2.Follow the laws of children’s physical and mental development to achieve the perfect combination of childcare and teaching;
3.Complete different teaching materials on time and prepare for classes in advance according to the kindergarten’s curriculum to ensure the effective implementation of the lesson plan;
4.Be able to organize and use various methods and means to carry out teaching activities independently;
5.Have an open mind to professional growth, take the initiative to undertake tasks to support the school;
6.Teach about environmental protection according to the kindergarten’s requirements;
7.Maintain daily communication with parents;
8.Participate in all the kindergarten’s activities;

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above;
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.At least two years of previous teaching experience in related fields;

1.Salary range 26,000 to 33,000 RMB per month before tax based on experience and qualifications;
