• Implement and execute plans to compliment the group’s strategic and operating plan; lead the execution of tactical initiatives within the group to maximize the customer experience, growth and durability, while optimizing profitability
• Responsible for the procurement of recyclable paper as well as the internal operational reporting and market analysis associated with such activity
• Develop new business as well as enhancing existing supplier relations
• Develop market and pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction
• Establish and maintain a high level of professionalism in the areas of Safety, Quality and Production
• Ability to review and measure daily productivity and material quality to increase efficiencies and value is required
• Track project progress to ensure deliverable are on schedule

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Environmental Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in recycling / environmental industry
• Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
