Successful candidates will be employed by the MPFA to work in the eMPF Platform Provisional Office (PO). Upon incorporation of the eMPF Platform Company, the employment will be transferred from the MPFA to the eMPF Platform Company.

Major Responsibilities

• Work with in-house legal counsel in providing a full spectrum of legal services to support the company's business activities and initiatives;
• Review, draft and translate legal and other documents;
• Conduct legal research and perform secretarial and clerical duties;
• Liaise with external counsels and regulatory bodies on legal and compliance matters; and
• Maintain proper filing system of legal and other documents.

Requirements

• Holder of a bachelor’s degree in Law or related disciplines from a recognised university;
• A minimum of 2 years of paralegal or in-house commercial legal experience, preferably gained in public or fintech organizations;
• Proactive, meticulous, flexible and able to work under pressure;
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Keen and willing to work in a start-up style environment with all the flexibility that requires and level of change involved.
