• Supporting the legal counsels within CHT region and reporting directly to CHT Legal Counsel.

• Create reports for legal counsel based on case specifications and requests.

• Develop a case file indexing system that can be used as an active archive for all ongoing and completed matters.

• Work with legal counsels to handle legal arguments, litigations or arbitrations.

• Handle corporate matters and legal registrations from time to time per required.

• Monitor changes to government guidelines or regulations and submit reports on pertinent changes.

• Utilize existing files and a variety of other research resources to develop information.

• Assisting on the legal administration matters of the APAC team.

• Review, draft and prepare agreements as requested by legal counsels.

• Follow on other matters or cases as per required by legal counsels and the Legal Director.

Qualifications

• Any degree in Law from local or foreign universities.

• Obtain of Chinese Bar is a must, and a lawyer’s license is a plus.

• PQE 2 years in law firm or MNC is a plus.

• Excellent communication and organization abilities.

• Strong research and report-generating skills.

• Experience in using legal database software.

• Excellent language command and writing skills in English and Mandarin (any other languages is an added advantage).
