Your new company
Well known consumer company is looking for one Paralegal to join in their business.

Your new role
You will directly report to Senior Legal Director. As a paralegal of corporate governance in China, you are responsible for acquiring, managing and maintaining various corporate documents and qualifications in a timely& effective fashion for company entities, branch offices and retail stores and etc. You will also work on other assignments for the legal department as instructed from time to time.

What you'll need to succeed
You need have 3-5 years working experience in corporate governance or paralegal support in a MNC or an international law firm; You are expected to be a good team player with strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills; A good command of English and computing is a must.
