- Provide general legal and secretarial support
- Agreement / document filings; maintain legal database
- Prepare and arrange for agreement / document execution
- Provide support on group secretarial matters, draft corporate documents (including board resolutions, organization charts etc.)
- Prepare contract summaries, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Assist in preparing applications to regulatory bodies and business partners
- Liaise with external service providers (e.g., law firms, translation firms, corporate secretarial agents)
- Basic contract review and drafting
- Perform basic due diligence / data extraction from documents
- Translation
- Coordinate with different business units on the above matters
- Degree holders (preferably in Law, English or Business discipline); student member, associate member of HKICS or equivalent is a plus
- 1-3 years full-time experience in a similar position; legal secretary will also be considered
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Able to multi-task effectively, strong organisational skills and detail-oriented
- Proactive, pleasant, team player, with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Immediately available preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong CV will also be considered!
