Job Description
  • Law degree holder 
  • 5 years’ solid legal experience as a paralegal with exposure to the PRC market - Solid experience in reviewing and commenting on legal agreements and contracts written in Simplified/Traditional Chinese, English/Chinese or English only
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Can speak fluent Mandarin and read and write in fluent Simplified/Traditional Chinese)
  • Experience in handling company secretarial duties (not necessary for company secretarial certificate, good experience on company secretarial work experience is good enough)
  • Reporting to Legal Advisor, you are responsible to provide legal and company secretarial support and handle legal and company secretarial administration work on the PRC and other Asian markets.
  • You will work closely with all internal and external parties to ensure that your assigned legal works are fulfilled.
