Job Overview
- Compile and input data into the legal department's computerized tracking and case management system.
- Responsible for database management and continuous improvement of the case management system.
- Produce reports tracking departmental spend, case/claim trends, TREAD reportable events, etc.
- Assist with the discovery and organization of legal documents.
- Provide support for invoicing and filing.


Responsibilities
- Provide research, legal and technical support for the Legal Department.
- Conduct fact-based discovery, including document gathering, organization and preparation of Company responses to subpoenas, document requests and interrogatories.
- Design, create, format and produce reports for both internal and external tracking and required government reporting.
- Gather facts, interview company personnel and witnesses, draft and analyze legal documents.
- Oversee filing of documents related to patent and trademarks, licensing, corporate registrations, real estate and immigration compliance.
- Analyze claims, oversee investigations, respond to demand letters and negotiate claim resolutions of claims against the company.
