•Perform accurate legal research and analysis.
•Interpret laws, rulings and regulations in legal documents.
•Compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents and reports.
•Drafting contracts, such as non-compete agreements, vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other commercial contracts, as well as general contract administration.
•Regularly updating all contracts with related parties.
•Responsible of all the contract negotiations.
•Coordinate approvals and execution of contracts and other legal documents.
•Coordinate and manage trademark, copyright and patent filings worldwide.
•Responsible for filing of patent applications, including coordinating with internal resources and outside counsel.
•Perform searches regarding trademark availability and related issues.
•Manage all contracts and filings in database.
•Other task assigned by supervisor.
