Michel of Hong Kong is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual for a Part Time Accountant position.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts
• Perform daily financial and operational duties.
• Prepare monthly accounts closing, year-end closing, auditor report, and audit schedules
• Prepare financial and management reports, analytical reports on schedule for management, and monthly schedules/reconciliation reports
• Liaised with external auditors for the preparation of annual audit and tax filing
• Conduct income and costs/expenses analysis
• Assist with ad-hoc group financial reports
• Able to use of Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software
• Able to work independently

Requirements

• Degree or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• 5 years accounting experience in Logistics / Forwarding company experiences
• Highest integrity and ethical standards
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Good command in both English and Chinese (include Mandarin)
• Self-motivated, well-organized, independent, and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and comfortable to work with people at all levels

Immediate available is highly preferred

What we offer

• Salary: HK$12,000-HK$14,000 per month
• On-the-job training will be provided
