Job Description
Due to our fast expansion, we are looking for talented individuals to join our young and professional team. We need an experienced HR recruiter to help us with this important task.
For this position, you are expected to:
Draw up recruitment information and post the advertisement.
Formulate and manage recruitment assignments by searching the right candidates to match the job requirements
Work closely with external services supplier e.g recruitment consultant, employment agency etc. and manage performance according to KPI
Handle full cycle of recruitment for all functions from sourcing, screening resume, interviewing candidates to offer negotiation
Source candidates from different channels
Establish and maintain the database of candidates.
Deal with the related procedure of talent engagement
Explore social media channel and expand online social network to build up corporate branding
You should be with:
At least 1 years of solid experience in recruitment
You must have the ability and confidence to interact with people at all levels and from a variety of backgrounds and have the capacity to grow and develop with the business as a substantial potential for career development exists
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Video-shooting / poster design skill will be an advantage
