Our Clients would like to source potential IT Support Engineer.

• Perform level 1 support on IT incident troubleshooting, incident Ticket Escalation
• Provide IT system usage support to business end user
• Maintain Service Level Agreement on providing technical support service
• Responsible ticket resolving according to case severity vice

Day shift 1: 8:00-17:00 (Mon- Fri $620-$650 per day)

Day shift 2: 10:00- 19:00 (Mon-Fri $620-$650 per day)

Working location: Sham Shui Po
