Job Description
General Description:
• Provide support to departments of DB Schenker North/Central China organization in all kinds of marketing issues in order to increase sales and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage
• Manage external and internal communication processes to improve the company’s image
• Taking care in particular of written assignments such newsletter articles, social media posts and press/media management

Specific Accountability:
• Managing the creation process of the bi-monthly North/Central China internal newsletter incl. compiling and proof reading the articles in English, aligning contents with the departments, supervising the Chinese translation process done by the Chinese team members
• Managing our social media activities on WeChat, LinkedIn and Facebook: finding contents, writing posts and supervising publication
• Creation and updating of company presentations, templates, marketing material, etc.
• Revision, supervision and fine-tuning of presentations
• Specific market research, monitoring and analyzing market trends/information in coordination with the sales and key account teams
• Supporting the organization of customer events/exhibitions/sponsoring commitments
• Participation in customer related projects

Skills Required
• Excellent communication skills in English, oral and written
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent PPT skills
• Strong creative and visual skills with high attention to details

Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor degree
• Major in marketing, communications, business administration or similar
• Experience in marketing, social media, marketing research/analysis, communications via previous internships or working experiences
