Overview: Conduct face-to-face English and Mandarin interviews with high school, university, or graduate applicants
Salary: RMB 1,200 / full day
Location: Multiple – Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou
Responsibilities:
• Interview students according to Vericant’s Behavioral Interview guidelines
• Adhere to Vericant’s Interview Day Process and Vericant client-facing communications policy
• Maintain professionalism throughout interviews
• Work a minimum of 4 weekend days or a minimum of 6 week days a month from September to March
• Develop and maintain a keen understanding of Vericant’s mission, vision, and the China admissions scene
Essential Qualifications:
• Native English Speaker from North America
• Impeccable verbal communication skills
• Conversational Mandarin (roughly the level of New HSK 4 or better)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills - warm and friendly
• Able to commit a minimum of 2 days per week
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Demonstrate professionalism with our clients
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience working in mainland China
• Excellent time-management and organization skills
• Flexibility to work some weekdays in lieu or in addition to weekends
• Excited by working in a fast-growth, start-up environment
