The Hong Kong Football Club is looking to engage a Minute-taker for General Committee Meetings (GCM’s). This is a paid Part-Time position which will take up to about 4 to 5 hours of work per month. GCM’s are held 11 times per year and normally on a Monday evening.

Requirements:

The person will need to have experience in note-taking and transcription and be able to write very clear English and also be able to proof-read.

The person will need to have a wide English vocabulary and also accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to write shorthand would be a definite advantage.
