Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative support (e.g. office & warehouse maintenance, office supplies procurement, filing system, office equipment management, etc)
  • Receptionist duties including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, courier, meeting arrangement, 外勤工作
  • Working hour: 7:45am - 12:30pm, 3 days per week
  • Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Good in spoken and written Chinese & English
  • Proficient in PC Skills especially MS Office, Outlook, Chinese word processing
  • Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded, stable and mature enough
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines with positive attitude
