Responsibilities:

• Prepare, edit fundraising proposal to service report
• Plan, facilitate and implement service programs and activities, manage program budgets, prepare reports and feedback surveys
• Handle family difficulties such as providing counselling service and pay home visit when necessary
• Initiate and lead new programs and workshops, especially in areas of child development, counselling, parenting and community engagement 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Social Service with extensive experience in program management and case service
• Registered Social Worker
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Chinese input
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, independent, self-motivated  
• 5 days per week, 3.5 hours per day, evenings and weekends shift work required if needed
