About Us
We are a Beijing-based STEM education organization dedicated to inspiring young learners through hands-on science and engineering experiences. We deliver the CREST Awards (UK STEM scheme) in international schools as after-school activities and as our own summer and winter camp. We also run outdoor weekend science classes in Beijing parks, based on the UK National Curriculum. Besides, we organise 6-7 times outdoor STEM day throughout the year for schools.

Our programmes encourage creativity, teamwork, and real-world problem-solving. We are now looking for enthusiastic part-time teachers to join our growing team.

Role Overview
We are seeking a part-time teacher who can deliver both:

- CREST Awards sessions (weekday afternoons, in international schools/ summer&winter camps).
- Outdoor weekend science classes (in Olympic Park).

The ideal candidate will be passionate about science education, comfortable teaching in English, and able to engage children aged 6–13 in both classroom and outdoor settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach STEM project-based sessions for the CREST Awards in international schools.
- Deliver outdoor, hands-on science activities based on the UK National Curriculum.
- Facilitate teamwork, inquiry, and problem-solving among students.
-Ensure safety, engagement, and inclusivity during lessons.
- Provide feedback and support to students as they complete projects.
- Work closely with our core team to prepare lessons and materials.

Requirements
- Native or fluent English speaker.
- Teaching experience (preferably with international or bilingual students).
- Background in science, STEM, or education (degree in a related field preferred).
- Strong classroom and group management skills.
- Enthusiasm for hands-on learning and outdoor education.
- Availability on weekday afternoons and/or weekends.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with project-based learning or inquiry-based teaching.
- Familiarity with the UK curriculum or international education systems.
- Ability to adapt teaching to different student levels (ages 6–13).
