Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting routines such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, petty cash management, staff expense reimbursement, bank reconciliation
- Liaise with external auditors for Audit and Tax matters
- Handle general office administrative work
- Handle HR tasks such as payroll processing, MPF and benefits administration
- Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments when required
Requirements:
- Diploma above in Accounting or Administration
- Minimum 3 years of accounting & administrative experience is preferred
- Solid working experience in Accounting field is preferable
- Good PC knowledge, Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
- Good in spoken & written English/Chinese
