Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Handle daily accounting routines such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, petty cash management, staff expense reimbursement, bank reconciliation
  • Liaise with external auditors for Audit and Tax matters
  • Handle general office administrative work
  • Handle HR tasks such as payroll processing, MPF and benefits administration
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments when required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma above in Accounting or Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting & administrative experience is preferred
  • Solid working experience in Accounting field is preferable
  • Good PC knowledge, Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
  • Good in spoken & written English/Chinese
