Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day tasks
• Deliver design from concept to project completion;
• Drawings production for all design stages;
• Production of presentation materials;

Requirements

• Proficiency in English preferred, Mandarin and Cantonese a plus;
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related industry;
• Over 4 years experience in commercial, residential and retail projects is preferable; 
• Experience in high-end residential projects in Australia, USA or UK is an advantage

• Good design sense;

• Practical application of Vectorworks or other BIM packages is an advantage (willingness to learn is a must) 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and 3D modeling software.
• Proficiency in presentation tools: Keynote, Slides, Powerpoint, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
