Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and answer to school enquiries on questionnaire by phone calls and emails
- Contact school for delivering and receiving questionnaire through telephone
- Work closely with team to follow up
- Prepare call reports
- To maintain, consolidate and clean existing database
- Job tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- 1 year or above working experience in telesales, telemarketing, sales or customer service, applicants with call center experience a definite advantage
- Pleasant, good promotion skills, good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player, self-motivated and result-oriented
- Good PC knowledge
- Fluency in spoken and written communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
