Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming call and email inquiries
• Provide information in response to their feedback, concerns and requests about our products/services in a timely and professional manner
• Complaints investigation

Requirements:

• F. 5 or equivalent with 1-2 years working experience. Working experience in customer service is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Mature, patient, good team player and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese( including Mandarin)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Shift duty is required
