Job Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer services to our customers;
• Handle customers' enquires and complaints ;
• Prepare reports, conduct survey, data entry and follow up action ;
• Ad hoc assigments are needed.

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above ;
• 1 year experiences in customer services experience especially in logistics or warehouse experience ;
• Good interpersonal, communications and telephone handling skills ;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Proficient computer literature andfamiliar with MS Words and MS Excel ;
• Fresh graduates are also welcome ;
• Working hours : 08:00 to 21:00, 9 hours per shift and 4-6 days per week.
