Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:

• developing and monitoring project plan in a project of the School;
• identifying emerging issues in project implementation;
• providing effective office support and research related assistance; and
• carrying out other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

• a recognized degree in health science or other related discipline with relevant working experiences in managing and delivering projects;
• experience on working in technology projects is an advantage; and
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work independently are required.

Compensation Package

Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary part-time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions. He/she shall be required to work not more than 17 hours per week during the period of his/her appointment.  The working days and hours shall be agreed between the appointee and the School.
