Part-time Intern

Summary

A wonderful opportunity for those who would like a taste of the art world, this
position is part-time and non-paid, but stipend will be provided.

• Working hours: 10am-7pm, 2-3 days per week, work on weekend may be

required on event days

• Minimum commitment: three months

• Starts from June

Responsibilities

• Update HKAGA website and social media sites
• Design e-banners and promotional materials
• Support HKAGA events for both members and the general public
• Support on membership renewal and marketing efforts
• Assist Manager with daily operations and administrative work
• Maintain the association’s database and internal records
• Ad hoc tasks, including but not limited to translation and design work

Requirements

• University student or recent graduate
• Proven interest in Visual Art
• Self-motivated, organised, and with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
