Administrative Support:
Job Description
• Assisting Department Manager in reviewing and drafting documents (E.g Contract, Proposal...)
• Preparing reports and handling office administration work
• Providing clerical support to the assigned Department *
• Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
*Including but not limited to: HR/ Customer Service/ Sales/ Network Division
Skills & Requirements
Fields of Study :Any Discipline
Other Requirements
• Meticulous and work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office & written Chinese
• Office Hour - Monday to Friday (09:00 - 18:00), 12-16 hours per week
• Immediate availability is preferable
