Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:

• providing individual supervision of MA projects to the students of the Master of Arts in Chinese Literature (CHIN A809CF 中國文學研究計劃)

Requirements

Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

• possess a higher degree in Chinese Language and Literature or a relevant discipline;
• demonstrate teaching/professional experience;
• preference will be given to PhD holders with relevant teaching experience at tertiary level; and
• proficiency in both Cantonese and Putonghua.

Compensation Package

Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary part-time contract.  Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.  Payment will be made upon completion of the project supervision service in accordance with the number of students supervised.
